Primary Responsibilities:

Conception, creation and implementation of new topics and features regarding customers and our own channels
Creating content for social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, Blogs, etc.
Creating different social media plans due to branding, engagement or performance strategies
Researching and writing articles about various topics
Photography for marketing campaigns, video content creation if possible
Acquisition of new business partners and development of existing relationships
Executing and optimizing social media campaigns worldwide
Communication with stakeholders and customers
Increasing the KPI-numbers of followers/fans/shares/likes, etc.
Measuring and reporting of the performance of the digital marketing campaigns
Monitoring industry trends and competitor landscape

Degree in Business Administration, PR, Marketing, Web Design, Communications or related field
Minimum 4 years in experience in cross-channel online marketing management
Excellent knowledge about social media marketing and campaign metrics
Proven record of successful social media management in Thailand
Passion for social media
Relevant experience in photography and an “eye for visualization”
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge about video editing is a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and spoken English and Thai is a must, German a plus
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Strong positive attitude, service minded, confident and excellent team player with good interpersonal skills
Willingness to take on responsibility and work independently on multiple projects
Outgoing personality and willingness to travel around Thailand for research purposes
